Toronto-based theatre company Breathe.Feel.Love announced today that its production of the cult rock musical Hedwig and the Angry Inch will make its return to Toronto on January 9, 2013 for a three-week run at the Drake Underground.

Scott Johnson, a New York City comedian and University of Kansas alumnus, returns to his hometown Lawrence, Kansas, for a special one night only performance at the historic Liberty Hall. Liberty Hall has hosted many legends over the years such as Iggy Pop and Morrissey and Johnson will soon join those ranks. Johnson headlines his own hilarious comedy special, appropriately entitled, The Prodigal Son Returns. The show is comprised of stand-up, sketch, and improvisation. Johnson will be joined onstage by fellow New York City comedian and friend, Mark Stetson.

The Chicago Symphony Orchestra, the crown jewel of Ravinia's summer classical programming, closes out their Ravinia summer residency in a concert led by Ravinia Music Director James Conlon in the Martin Theatre at 8 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 20.
