Musical Chairs Chamber Ensemble, Inc. (MCCE) concludes its 13th Season, Revolution #13, with two spectacular June concerts. On Saturday June 3rd at 8pm at the Staten Island Museum, MCCE will present world premieres by Tina Kenny Jones and Andrew Rosciszewski alongside works by Ney Rosauro, Andrew Rosciszewski and Frank Zappa. Performers include Vincent Livolsi, marimba; Wen Yi Lo, piano; Tamara Keshecki, flute; Timothy Leonard, cello; Andrew Rosciszewski, electric bass; Jason Gianni, drum set (guest artist). Come early for a pre-concert chat with composer Tina Kenny Jones at 7:30pm.

On Monday, February 27, 2017, A Class Act NY, the award-winning acting studio for kids and teens, proudly presented the "MY FAVORITE THINGS" Cabaret at the historic Triad Theatre. Talented young singers, ages 7-18, presented songs from their favorite Broadway musicals. A portion of the proceeds were donated to The enCourage Kids Foundation, a charity that encourages all kids facing health challenges to be carefree kids.

The Old Globe presents World Premiere of Bright Star, a new American musical featuring music by Edie Brickell and Steve Martin, lyrics by Brickell, and book by Martin, based on an original story by Martin and Brickell. Amidst the turmoil, two star-crossed teens' search for love leads them to a tragic end, putting to rest the futile family conflict. On January 9th, Situation Cares, the charitable arm of Situation Interactive, hosted Casino for Cares at Reflections Studios to raise funds to benefit the Situation Cares/Ian Bennett Memorial Fund. BroadwayWorld brings you photos from the big event below!

On March 18th, Situation Interactive held its second annual fundraiser for Situation Cares. The fund was created three years ago after the loss of Ian Bennett, Situation Interactive's former Creative Director, first employee and friend.

On June 16th, Situation Interactive hosted a fundraising event in New York City for its charitable extension Situation Cares.

Situation Marketing lost one of its most beloved representatives over the weekend.
