Turtle Creek Chorale & Uptown Players to Present SWEENEY TODD, 4/24-26

Following the smashing success of last spring's production of Ragtime, Turtle Creek Chorale (TCC), Dallas' award-winning men's chorus, and the critically acclaimed Uptown Players are thrilled to collaborate again to present a concert version of Stephen Sondheim's SWEENEY TODD: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street April 24-26 at Dallas City Performance Hall (2520 Flora Street, Dallas). SWEENEY TODD, BOEING BOEING & More Set for Garden Theatre's 2014-15 Season

The Garden Theatre, located at 160 West Plant Street in historic Winter Garden, is pleased to announce the 2014-2015 Theatre Season, running from September 2014-May 2015. In addition to the five full-length theatrical presentations and the StarLite Film Festival, the season will be dotted with weekend events such as music and dance concerts, as well as movies and holiday offerings. Subscriptions will go on sale April 1 for current subscribers, April 15 for new subscribers, and May 1 for single tickets at gardentheatre.org or by calling the Garden Theatre Box Office at 407-877-GRDN (4736)..

Stoneham Theatre Sets 15th Season: DOUBT, 'HOW TO SUCCEED' & More

Stoneham Theatre has a lot to celebrate as they announce their 15th season. Selecting the slate of shows, however, proved to be challenging. 'Choosing an anniversary season is tough,' Producing Artistic Director Weylin Symes shared. 'There is a lot of pressure to get it right. But, in the end, I found I just wanted to choose another season of plays and musicals that represents the kind of work that we love to do: a mix of the familiar and the new, the entertaining and the thought-provoking, and one completely unexpected surprise.'
