Dance Repertory Theatre's FALL FOR DANCE 2014 Set for 11/14-16

Under the direction of Charles O. Anderson, Yacov Sharir, and Andrea Beckham, The University of Texas at Austin's award-winning dance company Dance Repertory Theatre is going 'downtown' this season, presenting contemporary works inspired by New York City's 'downtown dance' scene. Fall For Dance, a collection of works by nationally acclaimed choreographers including Christian Von Howard, Charles O. Anderson, Ellen Bartel and Andrea Beckham, runs November 14-16 at the Oscar G. Brockett Theatre.

The Hollywood Reporter has an exclusive first look at BBC America's new drama THE MUSKETEERS, which debuts this Saturday, June 22nd at 9:00pm ET. The show is set on the streets of seventeenth century Paris, where law and order is more of an idea than a reality. In addition to being King Louis XIII's personal bodyguards, Athos, Aramis and Porthos stand resolutely for social justice, honor, valor, love – and for the thrill of it. The 10-part season (10 x 75mins), created by Adrian Hodges (My Week With Marilyn, Primeval).

BWW Reviews: BLACKTA, Young Vic, November 6 2012

David Lan, the artistic director of the Young Vic Theatre, directs this world premiere of Blackta by new writer Nathaniel Martello-White. Although best known for his work as an actor, Martello-White was determined to challenge and change the perception of black actors in this fresh piece of new writing. Focusing on how limiting the job opportunities are for ethnic minorities, he raised a sensitive issue that is rarely assessed on both stage and screen.

Low-priced previews begin June 8.

ENRON to Open on Broadway in April 2010

ENRON, written by Lucy Prebble, recently began a six-week run at London's Royal Court Theatre on September 17 and will move to the West End's Noel Coward Theatre on January 16, prior to an official opening Jan. 26, 2010. It will replace the soon-to-close CALENDAR GIRLS. The New York Times is reporting that the production will move to Broadway at a Shubert Theater to be determined in April 2010. The Broadway transfer will be produced by Jeffrey Richards, Jerry Frankel, Matthew Byam Shaw, Act Productions, Caro Newling for Neal St. Productions and the Shubert Organization.

ENRON To Get Big Screen Adaptation

Columbia Pictures has purchased screen rights to ENRON, Lucy Prebble's new play investigating the infamous energy company's 2001 scandal that is currently running at London's Royal Court Theatre. The production will premiere on the West End on January 16, 2010.

THE HOUNDING OF DAVID OLUWALE Runs 3/24- 3/28

THE HOUNDING OF DAVID OLUWALE is the true story of David Oluwale, a Nigerian immigrant who came to Leeds in search of a new life but found only brutality and the determination of one man to find him justice. On the 4th of May 1969 a bruised and swollen body was pulled from the River Aire in Leeds. Identified as that of David Oluwale, a local homeless man, his death exposed a campaign of systematic police brutality which shook the city of Leeds and led to the imprisonment of 2 police officers accused of his murder. Adapted by Oladipo Agboluaje, from Kester Aspden's award winning book of the same title, this Eclipse Theatre world premiere production will be staged at (venue) on (dates) in the 40th anniversary year of the death of David Oluwale as part of a UK tour.
