BWW has learned that fans of Disney's animated classic, DISNEY'S THE LITTLE MERMAID, will now have another chance to see 'DISNEY'S THE LITTLE MERMAID LIVE IN CONCERT' at the Hollywood Bowl on Friday, June 3 rd.

The Hollywood Bowl will go under the sea this summer! According to Billboard, Sara Bareilles and Rebel Wilson will lead The Little Mermaid as Ariel and Ursula respectively. Other cast members will include John Stamos as Chef Louis, Tituss Burgess as Sebastian and Darren Criss as Prince Eric.

Audiences at tonight's preview of WAITRESS got to see a very special performance when part of the set for the diner stopped working. While the show was paused so that the crew could make the necessary adjustments - the show's Grammy nominated composer/lyricist Sara Bareilles got on stage to sing a cut song from the show as well as 'Part of Your World' - a Disney classic by Alan Menken and Howard Ashman.

Dive on in with the dazzling cast of Dallas Summer Musicals' production of Disney's THE LITTLE MERMAID! The fun-filled, timeless tale will play at the Music Hall at Fair Park March 11-27, 2016, presented by Dallas Summer Musicals. This colorful production will make its Fort Worth debut at Bass Performance Hall March 29 - April 3, 2016, presented by Performing Arts Fort Worth.

Disney's Aladdin, the hit Broadway musical, is now in its third smash year on Broadway at the New Amsterdam Theatre (214 West 42nd Street). Adam Sandler attended the musical over Easter weekend and posed for a picture backstage with stars Adam Jacobs (Aladdin) and Tony winner James Monroe Iglehart (Genie). In celebration of ALADDIN's 2nd anniversary on Broadway on Sunday, March 20th, 'TODAY' Co-Anchors Natalie Morales and Al Roker recently made cameo appearances in front of a sold-out crowd of more than 1,700 in a performance of the hit Broadway musical. 

AMERICAN HORROR STORY's Angela Bassett, who has appeared on Broadway herself in THE MOUNTAINTOP and JOE TURNER'S COME AND GONE, attended last night's performance of Aladdin and stopped backstage to pose for a photo with 'Genie' James Monroe Iglehart. Check it out below!

After producing ten Main Stage shows in ten months to celebrate its tenth anniversary season, The Onyx has settled into a more comfortable groove.

We continue our look at Austin theatre companies and producers with Andy Berkovsky and The City Theatre Company. In their ten year history, they have been recognized by the Austin Critics Table Awards, the B. Iden Payne Awards, the Central Texas Excellence in Theatre Awards, Central Texas Live Theatre, and twice have been named 'Best Theatre Company' by Austin American-Statesman's Austin 360. Most recently, Artistic Director Berkovsky was honored as 2015 Best Director by the Central Texas Excellence in Live Theatre Awards. The company is a nonprofit arts organization and is sponsored in part by the Austin Creative Alliance and the Austin Cultural Arts Division. We sat down with Andy to get a little more information about him and The City Theatre as they celebrate their 10th anniversary at the current location.
