Tickets are on sale now for the ArtsBridge Foundation Overture Gala set to take place March 29 at Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre.

The 10th Anniversary of the Shuler Hensley Awards were held in Atlanta at the Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre on April 19.  Two of the award winners, Parker Jennings and Laughton Berry, will compete with young performers from across the country for the coveted Jimmy® Award as well as scholarships and professional opportunities. The National High School Musical Theatre Awards - Jimmy® Awards - will take place at the Minskoff Theatre on Broadway at 7:30 pm on June 25, 2018, and will be hosted by Tony Award Winner® Laura Benanti.  For the first time ever, the Jimmy® Awards will be streamed live on Facebook at facebook.com/JimmyAwards. With support from 2017 Tony Award winning Best Musical Dear Evan Hansen and Wells Fargo, the livestream will also include special content for those watching online!

The 10th Annual Georgia High School Musical Theatre Awards - Shuler Hensley Awards - were held in Atlanta at the Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre on April 19.  Two of the evening's award winners, Parker Jennings and Laughton Berry, will go on to compete with young performers from across the country for the coveted Jimmy Award as well as scholarships and professional opportunities. They are heading to New York to participate at the National High School Musical Theatre Awards, taking place at the Minskoff Theatre on Broadway, at 7:30 pm on June 25, 2018.  

ArtsBridge Foundation, producer of the 10th Anniversary of the Georgia High School Musical Theatre Awards - Shuler Hensley Awards - announces this year's winners. Presented by the Georgia Lottery, the awards ceremony was held at the Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre on April 19 and televised live by Georgia Public Broadcasting (GPB).  Awards highlights include: Overall Production: Milton High School, Cabaret; Direction: Kirk Grizzle, South Forsyth High School, The Hunchback of Notre Dame; Best Performance by a Leading Actress: Parker Jennings as Eliza Doolittle, Greater Atlanta Christian School, My Fair Lady and Best Performance by a Leading Actor: Laughton Berry as Pippin, Tri-Cities High School, Pippin.

This week ArtsBridge announced the nominees for the 10th Anniversary Georgia High School Musical Theatre Awards - Shuler Hensley Awards. 38 public and private schools from throughout the state were nominated in 17 categories. The awards show is the culmination of a year-long professional development program and will showcase the next generation of Georgia's musical theatre talent. Presented by the Georgia Lottery, the awards show will air on Georgia Public Broadcasting (GPB) over its nine-station statewide television network live from Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre on April 19, 2018 from 7-9 pm.

ArtsBridge Foundation hosted their very first Prelude fundraising event at Cobb Energy Centre on March 3. The evening included a cocktail reception featuring fabulous hors d'oeuvres by Executive Chef Nicholas Walker, tickets to Audra McDonald's one woman show and an exclusive meet and greet and photo opportunity with the Tony Award winner after her performance.

ArtsBridge Foundation at Cobb Energy Centre celebrated its 10th Anniversary with an Overture Gala on September 21. The electrifying evening of festivities included a reception emceed by Paul Milliken from FOX 5 Atlanta, a sumptuous dinner, a medley performed by Georgia High School Musical Theatre Awards - Shuler Hensley Awards winner Heritage High School, and a performance of the Tony Award-winning Broadway musical, Million Dollar Quartet. ArtsBridge Foundation is celebrating Cobb Energy Centre's 10th Anniversary with an electrifying evening of music, entertainment and fun! Festivities include a reception emceed by Paul Milliken from FOX 5 Atlanta, a sumptuous dinner created by Nicholas Panter from Chef de Cuisine, and a performance of the Tony Award-winning Broadway musical, Million Dollar Quartet. The Gala will take place at Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre on Thursday, September 21.
