Premiering October 10, 2012 on ABC - meet the cast of NASHVILLE!

Gotham Chamber Opera announces its 2012-2013 season of three productions, featuring two site-specific works. The season begins with GOTHAM @ LPR: ORIENTALE on October 1 and 3, 2012 at (Le) Poisson Rouge and continues with the New York Premiere of Francesco Cavalli's ELIOGABALO(1667) from March 15-29, 2013 at The Box, staged by James Marvel. The season will conclude in June with a production of Daniel Catán's 1988 opera, LA HIJA DE RAPPACCINI (Rappaccini's Daughter), in site-specific venues.

The award winning Arvada Center will open its 2012- 2013 season with Dirty Rotten Scoundrels directed by Rod A. Lansberry tonight, September 11 running through September 30 in the Main Stage Theater. Dirty Rotten Scoundrels is written by Jeffrey Lane with music and lyrics by David Yazbek. Performances are Tuesday - Saturday at 7:30 pm, Wednesday at 1pm, Saturday and Sunday at 2pm. Preview performances are September 7 - 9. Moderated talkbacks with the cast are offered on Friday, September 21 after 7:30 pm show and Wednesday, September 26 after 1:00 pm show. Winged Tapestries: Moths at Large, an exhibition of 34 striking images featuring dramatic images of moths, opens Saturday, September 29 at the American Museum of Natural History. On view in the IMAX Corridor on the first floor through September 29, 2013, the exhibition displays the arresting beauty and surprising diversity of moths from Ottawa-based photographer Jim des Rivières.
