Kinky Boots - The Road to Broadway, a presentation of CUNY TV's ARTS IN THE CITY, returns for five encore broadcasts over the weekend beginning Friday, Feb. 28 (2014). Hosted by New York entertainment reporter Pat Collins, the popular show will air at 9am, 2pm and 8pm, and will repeat on Saturday 3/1 at 7pm and Sunday 3/2 at 8:30am.

CASA VALENTINA, the new play by four-time Tony Award winner Harvey Fierstein, directed by two-time Tony Award winnerJoe Mantello, begins rehearsals today at Manhattan Theatre Club. The limited engagement of CASA VALENTINA will begin previews on Tuesday, April 1 and open Wednesday, April 23 on Broadway at MTC's Samuel J. Friedman Theatre (261 West 47th Street).

The 2014-2015 Season marks a milestone for Oregon Ballet Theatre as it celebrates a quarter century of entertaining, exciting, and inspiring audiences in Portland and around the world. Disney Theatrical Productions will hold an open call audition for male dancers for both the Broadway and upcoming North American touring productions of Newsies, the Tony Award-winning Broadway musical smash, in Los Angeles on Saturday, February 8 at 11am at the Hollywood United Methodist Church (6817 Franklin Avenue/Los Angeles, CA 90068). This audition will be first come, first serve and is for technically-trained Equity and non-Equity male dancers between 16 - 22 years old of all ethnicities who can tap and sing well.

The Public Theater announced today that single tickets are now on sale for the 2014 spring season, beginning on February 18 with ANTONY AND CLEOPATRA, the exciting international collaboration with the Royal Shakespeare Company and GableStage in Miami. Edited and directed by MacArthur Fellow Tarell Alvin McCraney, ANTONY AND CLEOPATRA will run through Sunday, March 23, with an official press opening on Wednesday, March 5 in the Anspacher Theater.
