Hailed as one of Noel Coward's comic masterpieces, Hay Fever - written in three days after Coward and his best pals Alfred Lunt and Lynn Fontanne spent a weekend with the infamous stage legend Laurette Taylor and her husband, the equally infamous playwright J. Hartley Manners - was one of Coward's first successful plays and is still staged often around the world. Hay Fever is set in the English country house of the eccentric Bliss family: Judith, a retired stage actress; David, an egotistical novelist; and their two unequivocally unique children Simon and Sorel. Each family member, unbeknownst to the others, has invited a guest for the weekend. Chaos ensues as the guests arrive, take in the unconventional ways of their hosts, and plan their escape.

On the next episode of THIS IS US on NBC titled "Kyle" - Rebecca (Mandy Moore) makes a surprise visit to Randall's (Sterling K. Brown) home where she encounters his biological father, William (Ron Cephas Jones). Kevin (Justin Hartley) anxiously decides to take the plunge and move to New York to pursue a Broadway job, with the expectation that his sister, Kate (Chrissy Metz), will move with him.

SAG-AFTRA announced today that David Hartley-Margolin will be the 2016 recipient of the Howard Keel Award for his significant contributions to the union.

San Francisco Opera General Director Matthew Shilvock today announced the casting and schedule for the Company's summer 2018 presentations of Richard Wagner's Der Ring des Nibelungen (The Ring of the Nibelung). Underscore Theatre Company is pleased to present its third annual CHICAGO MUSICAL THEATRE FESTIVAL, featuring 14 new musical productions. Created to showcase and support Chicago's burgeoning field of musical theatre creators, this year's festival will be held August 9 - 28, 2016 at Victory Gardens Richard Christiansen Theater, 2433 N. Lincoln Ave. in Chicago. Each production will receive four performances during the Festival.
