105th Annual Salute to Magic Set for Queens Theatre Tonight

The Society of American Magicians, Parent Assembly Number 1, in association with Queens Theatre, will present the 105th Annual Salute to Magic, commemorating the role of magic in the 50th and 75th anniversaries of the 1964 and 1939 New York World's Fairs. The performance will be tonight, May 17, 2014 at 8:00pm at Queens Theatre (14 United Nations Avenue South, Flushing Meadows Corona Park, Queens, NY 11368).

Tickets may also be purchased in-person at the Queens Theatre Box Office, Monday 10am to 2pm, Tuesday through Saturday 10am to 6pm, Sunday 10am -3pm. (Senior discount available).

The House Theatre of Chicago Presents DORIAN, Now thru 5/18

The House Theatre of Chicago presents DORIAN, a modern adaptation of Oscar Wilde's novel 'The Picture of Dorian Gray.' This famous thriller of Dorian's ill-fated portrait is performed in promenade style. This original play is intended for mature audiences only, and is written by Company Members Ben Lobpries and Tommy Rapley. Company Member Kevin O'Donnell provides the score. Rapley directs and choreographs. The production previews today, April 4 - 13 and opens on Monday April 14 at 7pm at the Chopin Theatre (1543 W. Division St, Chicago). DORIAN will run through May 18, 2014.

The Poteet Theatre (Oklahoma City, OK) presents Ragtime, the Tony award-winning musical by composer/lyricist team of Stephen Flaherty and Lynn Ahrens.
