NBC's Hannibal has (finally) received a premiere date. HANNIBAL, featuring one of the most fascinating literary characters: psychiatrist-turned-serial killer, will officially premiere on April 4 at 10PM. The drama adaptation of of Thomas Harris' novels takes the time slot formerly held by the short-lived DO NO HARM.

Following the announcement that SILENCE! would be ending its long run December 30th, ticket sales unexpectedly soared, shattering all previous box office records held by the show.
