The unofficial end of summer is here, as MTV brings its annual Video Music Awards back to Los Angeles after taking the show on the road to Brooklyn's Barclays Center a year ago. Though every VMA ceremony has a level of unpredictability, with last year's Miley Cyrus-Robin Thicke performance still disturbingly fresh in many people's minds, the question is, can anybody top it? The rumor is that Beyoncé is going to be addressing rumors about her marriage during her Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award performance. Is this going to be a good thing, or a bad thing for Jovah?

In an all new trailer for the new season of THE VOICE, it looks like new coaches Gwen Stefani and Pharell Williams are fitting in quite nicely with retuerning coaches Adam Levine and Blake Shelton. The pair of newbies show that they know how to recruit talent, give Adam and Blake a bit of their own fun-loving medicine. THE VOICE returns to NBC a month from today on September 22nd.

On Wednesday, July 16 at 9:00 PM* VH1 debuts 'Behind The Music: Linda Perry,' the newest installment in its celebrated series which reveals the trials behind the success of singer and Grammy-nominated songwriter Linda Perry. Immediately following on Wednesday, July 16 at 10:00 PM*, VH1 captures the master producer at work with the premiere of 'Make or Break: The Linda Perry Project' a new series in which Linda Perry mentors a group of young, aspiring musicians as they work to achieve their dream of superstardom. Then on Wednesday, July 23 and Wednesday, July 30 at 9:00* PM, VH1 + Palladia will premiere the new music performance series 'Soundclash.' This series unites established and emerging artists onstage, re-creating the experience of attending a musical festival and offering the chance to see your favorite artists performing live.
