Theatre Three will present the World Premiere of the Texas drama DAY LIGHT by Theatre Three Acting Artistic Director Bruce R. Coleman, November 17-December 11, 2016.

The Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey rings in the holiday season with a timeless production of A Child's Christmas in Wales, based on the classic story by Welsh poet Dylan Thomas and adapted for the stage by Jeremy Brooks and Adrian Mitchell. The festive show is being revived for the first time since it last appeared on the STNJ stage in 2003, featuring Greg Jackson in the role of Dylan Thomas. Performances begin November 30 and run through January 1 at the F.M. Kirby Shakespeare Theatre, 36 Madison Avenue in Madison. Tickets to this musical celebration can be purchased by calling the Box Office 973-408-5600 or online at ShakespeareNJ.org.

SGL Entertainment is pleased to announce that they have just released The Classic Horror Slasher Film HELLWEEK on Amazon Prime Movies. The film can be watched for Free with a Subscription, and for non subscribers you can rent or buy the movie. SGL Entertainment also has plans to re-release the movie as a special Full Screen Edition DVD in Early 2017.

Continuing Adirondack Theatre Festival's (ATF) 22nd summer season of professional theatre is THIRTY DAY MOURNING PERIOD. Directed by Mark Shanahan, THIRTY DAY MOURNING PERIOD will be performed as a staged reading and feature a post-show discussion with the playwright, Hank Greene. The event will be held at the Charles R. Wood Theater (207 Glen Street in downtown Glens Falls), in the recently renovated Cabaret space on July 6th & 7th at 7:30pm. The reigning Tony Award-winning Best Musical, A Gentleman's Guide to Love and Murder, will welcome a new Monty Navarro when Tony Award nominee Bryce Pinkham takes a temporary leave of absence to co-star in the limited Broadway enagement of The Heidi Chronicles. Assuming the role of Monty beginning on Tuesday, January 20 will be original ensemble member and Monty understudy Jeff Kready, whose other Broadway credits include Billy Elliot: The Musical and the revivals of Sunday in the Park with George and Les Miserables.

Today marks the one-year anniversary of the Tony Award-winning Best Musical, A Gentleman's Guide to Love and Murder, bringing the grand total number of the times Jefferson Mays, who plays all eight doomed members of the D'Ysquith family, has died on stage in the hit musical comedy to a staggering and historic 3,336 (and counting).
