The Lunt-Fontanne Fellowship Program has announced that Barry Edelstein will mentor this year's fellows. Edelstein will replace the late Lynn Redgrave. This year's retreat will run from July 11 to July 18 and will focus on Shakespeare.

Since its creation in 1998, PPF has grown into one of the most important festivals of new scripts in the United States. The 2008 Tony Award Winning Best Play Revival, Boeing-Boeing, will play its final Broadway performance on Sunday, January 4, 2009, when the current cast's contracts end. Upon closing, Boeing-Boeing will have played 280 performances and 17 previews. The critically acclaimed comedy, which recouped its entire $2.65 million investment this September, will launch a 45-week national tour this fall. Prior to its Broadway engagement, Boeing-Boeing enjoyed a wildly successful run at London's Comedy Theatre from February 2007 - January 2008.

Producer Sonia Friedman announced today that the 2008 Tony Award-Winning Best Play Revival, Boeing-Boeing, has recouped its entire $2.65 million investment as of September 21. A 2009 Tour is also being planned.
