Katie Couric and Phil Kent To Be Honored By Museum of the Moving Image at the St. Regis Hotel

Herbert S. Schlosser, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Museum of the Moving Image, announced today that Katie Couric, anchor and managing editor of CBS Evening News with Katie Couric, and Phil Kent, chairman and chief executive officer of Turner Broadcasting System, Inc., will be honored at the Museum's annual black-tie benefit on Wednesday, May 5, 2010, at The St. Regis Hotel.

On Saturday, March 27, 2010 at 8:00 PM, the Eastman School of Music - one of the nation's premier music institutions, named 'Hottest School for Music' by Newsweek - presents its esteemed faculty-based chamber ensemble, Eastman Virtuosi, in concert at Kaufman Center's Merkin Concert Hall. The program features works by Georg Philipp Telemann, Francis Poulenc and Anton Dvorak, as well as the New York premiere of Sebastian Currier's Pulse (2002).

Butler, 'Chicago' Dance Captain, in Short Film 'The Trap'

Longtime Chicago dance captain Gregory Butler is featured in the newly released short film The Trap, starring Jeanne Tripplehorn. The film is featured as part of Glamour Magazine's Reel Moments, a series of short films based on true stories from Glamour readers. The Trap is directed by Butler's former Chicago co-star, Rita Wilson.

Kim Cea's Kim Cea LIVE has two remaining performances at the world famous Studio 54 (Upstairs - located at 254 West 54th Street Between 8th and Broadway) February 19th @ 10:30 PM, and Saturday, March 19th @ 10:30 PM. The first performance was January 15th. The performance on the 19th has also added comedian Courtney Knowles as an opening act.
