Receiving the blessing of Hallie Foote, daughter of the playwright, this co-production with Round House Theatre is helmed by Timothy Douglas and stars preeminent African-American actress Lizan Mitchell as Carrie Watts. The Wagner College Theatre has named Philip Gerson the winner of the 2011 Stanley Drama Award for his play, 'Eyes Forward.' Gerson makes his home in both New York and Los Angeles.
The Theatre School at DePaul University sadly announces the passing of Dr. Bella Konrath-Itkin, who died at St. Joseph¹s Hospital in the afternoon on Wednesday, February 9th at age 90.
