The Full Monty Musical, book by Terrence McNally, music and lyrics by David Yazbek, coming to Biddeford's City Theater July 11th-27th, tells the story of Jerry Lukowski, an unemployed steel worker, too proud to take entry-level work, who along with his best pal, Dave Bukatinski, sneaks into a Chippendales performance, to spy on Dave's wife, Georgie (Ashley Christie, Steep Falls), where they hatch a get-rich-quick scheme, which relies on their ability to outdo the Chippendales at their own game… with a little help from Keno, a discontented Chippendale dancer (Brandon O'Roak, S. Portland), Jeannette (Gretchen Wood, Shapleigh), a 'very-retired' music director, and, quite frankly, the last person they ever thought they would ask for help!

Premiering tonight, May 31 at the Sebastiani Theatre for a gala fundraising performance, The Full Monty then joins the summer series of Sonoma Theatre Alliance shows. The Full Monty continues June 7-29 at the Sonoma Community Center at Andrews Hall/Rotary Stage.

Festival goers will get the chance to experience the extraordinary Gipsy Kings in an exclusive UK performance in 2014 as they take a break from their 25th Anniversary US tour to appear at the Cornbury Music Festival. The band, famed for its unique rumba flamenco style, won this year's Grammy for Best World Music Album for Savor Flamenco, after being nominated a record six times, and selling more than 25 million albums worldwide. They became popular internationally with their first album which included the timeless Bamboleo - a song that has become the sound of the summer across the world.

Casting is complete for award-winning Theatre Aspen's 31st season. Crowns and cricket are traded for tobacco and baseball, Buckingham is swapped for Beverly Hills, and instead of tea with the duke and duchess, it's a protein pump with Fabio and a ride along a Texan range. Georgie and Poppy are about to have their silver spoons plucked from their mouths and their thrones pulled right out from under them. BBC AMERICA's half-hour comedy series, Almost Royal, premieres with back-to-back episodes Saturday, June 21, 10:00pm ET following the Orphan Black season two finale.
