Seattle Theatre Group (STG) and Outback Concerts presents George Lopez on Sunday, May 31, 2009 at 7:30pm at the Paramount Theatre. George Lopez is one of the premier comedic talents in the entertainment industry today. He is the co-creator, writer, producer and star of the ABC network and Warner Bros. Television produced sitcom, 'George Lopez.' The show is executive produced by Bruce Helford ('The Drew Carey Show,' 'Roseanne') and movie star Sandra Bullock. The show is in its fifth season, Wednesdays at 8:00pm.

The Falcon Theatre presents the west coast premiere comedy Everybody Say 'Cheese!', the final production in its 2008-2009 'Bringin' the FUNNY' All-Comedy subscription season. Written by comedy icon and founder of the Falcon Theatre Garry Marshall, Everybody Say 'Cheese!' is directed by Steve Zuckerman and stars Joe Regalbuto (Murphy Brown) and DeeDee Rescher (King of Queens). Rounding out the cast are: Cyrus Alexander, John Capodice, Heather Corwin, Joel Johnstone and Roberta Valderrama.

On Friday, January 23, Mario Lopez, the current host of 'Extra!' and the Miss America Pageant, attended a performance of JERSEY BOYS at The Palazzo Resort-Hotel-Casino. Lopez was in town with family and stopped backstage after the show to congratulate the cast and crew. After only seven months on The Strip, the musical phenomenon JERSEY BOYS, the story of Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons, was named the number one show of 2008 by the Las Vegas Review-Journal. Recently named Hottest Bachelor of 2008 by People magazine, Lopez danced his way into America's heart on the hit program 'Dancing with the Stars' and is one of the most popular performers in the history of that show. His television credits include starring roles in the telefilms 'Holidays in Handcuffs' and 'Husband for Hire,' hosting the 2007 Miss America Pageant, and guest-starring appearances on 'Nip/Tuck' and 'George Lopez.' Jersey Boys opened in Las Vegas on May 3, 2008 as the exclusive west coast permanent company, led by Erich Bergen (Bob Gaudio), Rick Faugno (Frankie Valli), Jeff Leibow (Nick Massi) and Deven May (Tommy DeVito) as The Four Seasons. Presented in Las Vegas in a unique, custom-built theatre adorned with one-of-a-kind memorabilia from The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Jersey Boys at The Palazzo is the same production fans all over the world have come to know and love.

Media City Ballet will present the World Premiere of 'THE FOUR MUSICIANS,' A New Ballet, With Words and Music by Tom Pease, at the Seventh Annual West Hollywood Book Fair, to be held in West Hollywood Park on September 28, 2008. The new ballet is based on the classic Grimm's fairy tale, 'The Four Musicians of Bremen.' 'THE FOUR MUSICIANS' tells the story of four animals whose owners are upset with them; it is narrated by actress Elmarie Wendel.

Mario Lopez has been named the new host of the long-running, daily syndicated entertainment magazine program 'Extra,' it was announced today by Hilary Estey McLoughlin, President, Telepictures Productions, and 'Extra' Senior Executive Producer Lisa Gregorisch-Dempsey. Lopez, who has served as a co-host of the hit show's weekend edition as well as a correspondent for the daily program since joining 'Extra' in January 2007, will take over the anchor chair on September 15 as the show begins its 15th season. Concurrently, longtime 'Extra' co-host Dayna Devon will transition into a special correspondent role for the program, focusing on major celebrity interviews and celebrity lifestyle reporting. She will also serve as backup host for Lopez.

John Breglio for Vienna Waits Productions announced today that 'Extra TV' host and 'Dancing with the Stars' finalist Mario Lopez will make his Broadway debut joining the cast of the Pulitzer Prize and Tony Award winning musical 'A Chorus Line' beginning Tuesday, April 15, 2008, at the Gerald Schoenfeld Theatre (236 W 45th St).
