Reprise Theater Company is led by Artistic Director Jason Alexander and Producing Director Susan Dietz.

Sam Mendes Begins Production On New Screenplay

Production begins in Connecticut this week on an untitled contemporary comedy directed by Academy Award winner Sam Mendes (American Beauty) from an original screenplay by Dave Eggers and Vendela Vida. The film is being produced and co-financed by Big Beach, with Focus Features co-financing and distributing worldwide.

Due to the on-going Hollywood writers' strike, The 65th Annual Golden Globe Awards NBC telecast and champagne dinner in The Beverly Hilton's International Ballroom is officially cancelled. Instead, the Hollywood Foreign Press Association today announced that the recipients of Golden Globe Awards in 25 categories will be revealed during an hour-long HFPA press conference at The Beverly Hilton to be covered live by NBC News beginning at 6PM PST on Sunday, January 13.

The Stephen Sondheim Center for the Performing Arts has released tickets for the inaugural Winter/Spring 2008 Season. A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum, winner of 15 awards including the Tony for Best Musical, will open the season January 11 - 27.
