Lone Star Theatre Company presents a night of original music by playwright/songwriter, David Davila, on Feb 17th at Stage 72 at the Triad Theatre.

BROADWAY SESSIONS is described as an evening of musical performances, games and open mic featuring a new Broadway guest each week. The show is created and hosted by Ben Cameron (Bway Wicked, Aida and Footloose) and features musical director Joshua Stephen Kartes on piano. Tonight, February 14th Broadway Sessions will celebrate Valentines day with performances by real life Broadway couples Jesse Swimm and Ellen Harvey, Clyde Alves and Robyn Hurder, and Nicolas Dromard and Gabrielle Ruiz.

'From Broadway With Love: A Benefit Concert For Sandy Hook' will take place 7:00 pm tonight, January 28, 2013, at the Palace Theater in Waterbury, Connecticut. The evening will be a concert of love and healing for the Newtown community from the composers, musicians and more than 100 stars of Broadway together with over 100 students from several Newtown dance groups and the Newtown High School Chamber Choir. All proceeds and donations will go directly to United Way of Western Connecticut's Sandy Hook School Support Fund.

Paper Mill Playhouse will present A Chorus Line, the Tony Award and Pulitzer Prize-winning musical conceived, choreographed and directed by Michael Bennett, with book by James Kirkwood and Nicholas Dante, music by Marvin Hamlisch, and lyrics by Edward Kleban. The production will be directed and choreographed by Mitzi Hamilton, one of the dancers in Bennett's original taped workshop that inspired the 1975 Musical. A bevy of fabulous Broadway, Off-Broadway and Downtown performers gather together raise funds and awareness at OVER IT! A Benefit For Ovarian Cancer Awareness. Held at the Laurie Beechman Theater, whose namesake lost her battle with ovarian cancer, the evening's proceeds will go to the Phyllis Newman Women's Health Initiative. OVER IT! will take place tonight, September 24th, 2012.

Paper Mill Playhouse (Mark S. Hoebee- Producing Artistic Director, Todd Schmidt-Managing Director) has just announced that the New Jersey Theater will tribute A Chorus Line composer Marvin Hamlisch at the official opening of the show on Sunday, October 7th at 7:00pm. Kelly Bishop joins director Mitzi Hamilton along with Donna McKechnie and dozens of A Chorus Line cast members from 1975 through 1990. Directly following the curtain call, A Chorus Line Broadway alumni will join the Paper Mill Playhouse cast on stage as they reprise a section of the "Finale" in tribute to Mr. Hamlisch. Following the tribute there will be a red carpet, cast/reunion party in Downtown Millburn.
