On August 19, 2010, In The Heights welcomed Kyle Beltran as Broadway's resident bodega owner, 'Usnavi,' following the footsteps of Heights creator Lin-Manuel Miranda and, most recently, Corbin Bleu. No stranger to the show, or the part of 'Usnavi,' Beltran originated the lovable role on the First National Tour of In The Heights, which opened last October in Tampa.

Marking its 40th anniversary, Lincoln Center Out of Doors continues its schedule of FREE performances on the plazas of Lincoln Center through August 15.

Directed by Marilyn Tokuda with musical direction by Nathan Wang, this one night only benefit performance offers the fun and excitement of a night of watching some of Southern California's best dance crews and will feature the four pillars of hip hop-DJ'ing, MC'ing, Graffiti, and Breaking.

On Saturday, August 7th, more than 500 swimmers from Parks & Recreation's eleventh annual Swim Team Training Program will compete in teams by borough, in various swimming events at the Five Borough Swimming Championships.
