Audiences will discover a new relevance to this well-known story of the 15-year-old girl who died a victim of genocide when Jersey City Theater Center (JCTC) presents And Then They Came For Me: Remembering The World Of Anne Frank by Jim Still. The JCTC production of this acclaimed play features a multicultural cast, a world-renowned guest speaker and an exhibit of visual arts on themes of oppression and the Holocaust in the Merseles Studios art gallery.

Palo Alto Players, the Peninsula's first theatre company, continues its 86th season with one of the most powerful stories of the 20th century, The Diary of Anne Frank, adapted by Wendy Kesselman from the Pulitzer Prize-winning play by Frances Goodrich and Albert Hackett, based on the personal memoirs of Anne Frank. A timeless testament to the human spirit that resonates through generations, The Diary of Anne Frank plays November 4-20, 2016 at the Lucie Stern Theater, 1305 Middlefield Road, Palo Alto, and is directed by Dennis Lickteig, with Roneet Aliza Rahamim of Palo Alto in the title role.

The Eventide Theatre Company has made a bold choice in sharing Frank's story with a Cape Cod audience through means of a score depicting her feelings while fearfully secluded in the "Secret Annex," with certain lyrics molded from actual quotes made by the young prisoner. It is safe to say that Eventide has done a spectacular job bringing both the joy and pain of Frank's life to living color for those who would not otherwise have understood the trials she and her family faced in such a gruesome time in history.

?The Pennington Players are bringing the classic play, The Diary of Anne Frank, to the stage of Kelsey Theatre. Performances are March 11, 12, 18, 19, 2016 at 8:00 pm and March 13 & 20, 2016, at 2:00 pm. Kelsey Theatre is located on the Mercer County Community College West Windsor Campus, 1200 Old Trenton Road. A reception with the cast and crew follows the opening night performance on March 11. There will be a special talk back session with the cast and crew held after the 8 pm performance on Friday, March 18.
