Rehearsals are well underway for not one, but three full-length plays opening in previews at Cygnet Theatre this month. Making the rehearsal process even more impressive...all three shows feature the same distinguished cast. Artistic Director Sean Murray and Associate Artistic Director Francis Gercke are pleased to announce the cast of Alan Ayckbourn's trilogy - THE NORMAN CONQUESTS - which includes Danny Campbell, Sandy Campbell, Ron Choularton, Albert Dayan, Joanne Glover and Frances Anita Rivera. The three full-length plays (Table Manners, Round and Round the Garden and Living Together) run in rotating repertory July 28th through November 7th, 2010. Press Openings are Saturday, August 7th at 12pm, 4pm and 8pm.

With the current run of Coward's PRIVATE LIVES receiving raves on the mainstage, Associate Artistic Director Francis Gercke has assembled a stellar cast of San Diego favorites to deliver a staged reading of his most famous drama, THE VORTEX. The one-night only reading will be performed Monday, June 21st, 2010 at 7:00pm in Cygnet's Old Town Theatre. This performance marks the continuation of Cygnet's highly popular Playwright Companion Series which seeks to deepen the theatre-going experience for its audiences with uniquely diverse 'partner pieces' to each of Cygnet's main-stage shows.
