Bundy, Brown, Hart and Holmes to Sing with New York Pops 11/7

The New York Pops led by Vincent Falcone and Eric Stern, celebrates its hometown on Friday, November 7, 2008 at 8 p.m. at Carnegie Hall in a program entitled 'A Love Letter to New York' featuring classic songs about New York City and the world premieres of original songs about the city by composer Kenneth Laub. Clint Holmes headlines the concert with special guests Ashley Brown, Laura Bell Bundy and Linda Hart. The program also includes songs by Stephen Sondheim and Cole Porter. Ms. Bundy, Ms. Hart, and Mr. Holmes will make their Carnegie Hall debuts.

To celebrate, the cast and crew went to Planet Hollywood in Times Square where he presented the famous restaurant with his T-Bird leather jacket for their Broadway Memorabilia Museum.

Ace Young achieved widespread fame in 2006 as a finalist on the hugely successful FOX singing competition 'American Idol.' With weekly exposure to the 40 million plus viewers of America's most widely watched television program, Ace quickly became one of the most recognizable male faces ever to appear on 'Idol.'

Mario Lopez Named New Host of ET's 'Extra'

Mario Lopez has been named the new host of the long-running, daily syndicated entertainment magazine program 'Extra,' it was announced today by Hilary Estey McLoughlin, President, Telepictures Productions, and 'Extra' Senior Executive Producer Lisa Gregorisch-Dempsey. Lopez, who has served as a co-host of the hit show's weekend edition as well as a correspondent for the daily program since joining 'Extra' in January 2007, will take over the anchor chair on September 15 as the show begins its 15th season. Concurrently, longtime 'Extra' co-host Dayna Devon will transition into a special correspondent role for the program, focusing on major celebrity interviews and celebrity lifestyle reporting. She will also serve as backup host for Lopez.

Naked Angels To Present Off-Bway Premiere of 'The Talk'

New York's eternally boundary-pushing theater company Naked Angels (Geoffrey Nauffts, Artistic Director and Brittany O'Neill, Managing Director) has announced that it will present the Off Broadway premiere of The Talk, a new American play by Frank Pugliese, directed by Sheryl Kaller.
