This summer, Tyrone is set to feature in Homos, or Everyone in America, the European premiere of this play. Walt Disney Records is set to release Disney's Christopher Robin Original Motion Picture digital soundtrack on August 3. The score features music by Emmy Award-winning Geoff Zanelli ("Into the West," "Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales") and Grammy-nominated composer Jon Brion ("Lady Bird," "Trainwreck"). Disney's "Christopher Robin" is in theaters nationwide also on August 3.

Blitz Films and Straight Up Films announce that Stephen Dorff (“True Detective,” BLADE) has been signed to star in director Nick Sarkisov's English-language debut EMBATTLED. Written by David McKenna (AMERICAN HISTORY X, GET CARTER, BLOW), the film also includes McKenna's son, Colin, who was born with Williams Syndrome and inspired a supporting role for the film. Sarkisov is set to produce for Blitz Films, alongside Kate Cohen for Straight Up Films, and Scott LaStaiti, with Blitz co-founder Sergey Sarkisov and Dorff serving as executive producers. Eryl Cochran from Blitz Films will oversee production. The film is scheduled to shoot in Alabama this September.

Producers Brass Jar Productions (Drunk Shakespeare) and Olivier Award-winning producer, James Seabright announced today that the critically acclaimed, no-holds-barred production of Irvine Welsh's Trainspotting Live will premiere Off-Broadway this summer direct from a world tour. Adapted by Harry Gibson, the production captures the passion and controversy of the generation-defining novel and globally successful film and repackages it into a full-throttled stage show where the audience is an integral part of the action, including the notorious 'Worst Toilet in Scotland' scene. Directed by King's Head Theatre Artistic Director, Adam Spreadbury-Maher in collaboration with Greg Esplin (who will also appear in the U.S. production), Trainspotting Live will open a custom-built immersive performance space at 777th 8th Avenue, also home to the long running hit, Drunk Shakespeare. Preview performances are set to begin today, July 5, 2018 with an opening night set for Sunday, July 15, 2018. The U.S. cast of Trainspotting will be announced soon.
