Phil Coulter Brings THE SONGS I LOVE SO WELL to Irish Rep, Beginning 11/29

Irish Repertory Theatre continues its 25th Anniversary Season with Grammy-nominee Phil Coulter in THE SONGS I LOVE SO WELL, with previews set to begin November 29, prior to its official Off-Broadway opening on Thursday, December 6 on The Irish Repertory Theatre's Francis J. Greenburger Mainstage (132 West 22nd Street).

Kean University Hosts Reading of Dustin Lance Black's '8' Tonight, 11/5

Kean University Department of Theatre with license from the American Foundation for Equal Rights (AFER) and Broadway Impact, is proud to announce a one-night-only reading of "8," a play chronicling the historic trial in the federal constitutional challenge to California's Proposition 8, written by Academy Award-winning screenwriter and AFER Founding Board Member Dustin Lance Black.

Laguna Playhouse Presents PLAID TIDINGS, 11/27-12/30

Laguna Playhouse presents the third show of their 2012-2013 season, PLAID TIDINGS, written and directed by Stuart Ross. The cast of PLAID TIDINGS will feature William Martinez as Frankie, Scott Dreier as Smudge, David Brannen as Sparky and Ciaran McCarthy as Jinx. PLAID TIDINGS will preview on Tuesday, November 27; Wednesday, November 28; Thursday, November 29 and Friday, November 30 at 8:00pm and will open on Saturday, December 1 at 7:30pm and run through Sunday, December 30, 2012 at the Laguna Playhouse, 606 Laguna Canyon Road in Laguna Beach.

Georg, the manager of Maraczek's Parfumerie, is carrying on a romance by mail with a woman he's never met. Amalia, a newly-hired clerk at Maraczek's, is similarly romantically involved. And they can't stand each other. Or so it seems. Do they actually have more in common than they suspect? That's at the heart of She Loves Me (book by Joe Masteroff, music by Jerry Bock, lyrics by Sheldon Harnick), beginning its run (and the 34th Season) at Fort Worth's Stage West tonight, November 1.

South Camden Theatre Company Launches 8th Season With INDOOR PICNIC, Opening Today

The South Camden Theatre Company, a nonprofit professional theatre organization located in Camden, New Jersey opens its eighth season titled "Home in Waterfront South" featuring works written by Clifford Odets, August Wilson, Joseph M. Paprzycki and Eugene O'Neill. Its eighth season will focus on our common desire for somewhere to call home; be it in our neighborhoods, hearts or minds.

John Jiler's RIPE Extends Performances, Now Through 11/11

Ripe, a production starring and written by John Jiler, is now scheduled for an extended run. Originally set to close October 28, Ripe will now run through November 11, with performances on Thursdays through Saturdays at 8:00 PM and Sundays at 3:00 PM (no show November 1).

50 SHADES! THE MUSICAL Plays Chicago's Apollo Theater and North Shore Center, 11/16-17 & 23-24

The Fifty Shades of Grey trilogy has shattered sales records around the globe with more than 32 million copies sold in the United States alone and a 2013 Universal Pictures feature film release is sure to be a cinematic blockbuster. Now, for the first time, the original parody 50 SHADES! THE MUSICAL is coming to Chicago at the Apollo Theater, 2540 N. Lincoln Ave., on Nov. 16 and Nov. 17 at 10:30 p.m.
