Sunday, June 26th wrapped an exciting birthday weekend for songwriter, recording artist and activist, Solange. After a performance at the Glastonbury Festival in the UK on Saturday, which The Telegraph called a, 'faultless, theatrical ode to black womanhood,' Solange made her way to Los Angeles for the BET Awards Sunday night.

Chicago rapper, poet, filmmaker, and actor Common will make his Ravinia debut on Saturday, June 24. Opening the concert will be Grammy-nominated DJ Anthony “Twilite Tone” Khan, followed by rising rap star Taylor Bennett, younger brother of Chance The Rapper.
