Megan McGinnis to Star in SENSE AND SENSIBILITY at The Old Globe; Cast, Creatives Set!

The Old Globe has announced the complete cast and creative team for the West Coast premiere of Paul Gordon's delightfully romantic new musical SENSE AND SENSIBILITY, developed with Rick Boynton and presented in association with Chicago Shakespeare Theater, where it was commissioned and had its world premiere in April 2015.

About Face Theatre kicks off Pride Weekend with AFT 20: A Celebration, an exciting evening of scenes, songs and rarely seen archival footage honoring AFT's incredible two decade long history as Chicago's premiere LGBTQIA theatre company. The one-night-only benefit will be held Friday, June 17 at 6 pm at the Center on Halsted, 3656 N. Halsted St. in Chicago. Kansas City Repertory Theatre's Artistic Director Eric Rosen is pleased to announce the cast of The Diary of Anne Frank, directed by Marissa Wolf, KC Rep's Director of New Works. The play, based upon Anne Frank: The Diary of a Young Girl, was originally written for the stage by Frances Goodrich and Albert Hackett. In 1997, Wendy Kesselman published a revised version of Goodrich and Hackett's Pulitzer Prize winning script, which integrated some of the more personal aspects of Anne Frank's story that remained untold in the original script.
