Kansas City Repertory Theatre (KCRep) announced details on the launch of their five-year capacity building campaign, The Creative Future Fund (CFF).  The campaign supports new works, youth education programs, and audience engagement/development at KCRep and has a goal of $5,000,000.  Additionally, KCRep officials confirm a new matching gift from Bunni and Paul Copaken which will be a dollar for dollar $100,000 match in support of the New Works (OriginKC) aspect of the Creative Future Fund.

Director, Sam Pinkleton on his Tony Award Nomination Best Choreography for his work on this season's Broadway hit musical Natasha, Pierre & The Great Comet of 1812, which led the field with 12 nominations, including Best Musical. Pinkleton previously choreographed KCRep's 2015 acclaimed production of Hair: Retrospection.
