"LEGALLY BLONDE: THE MUSICAL", is the absolutely hilarious, stage musical, based on the movie and opens the 2016 season at The Barn Players Friday evening, February 26th; it's a fast paced, action packed play with memorable music, peppy dance numbers and so much fun it should be illegal!

Hosted by famously deadpan Julie Halston (You Can't Take It With You), the melange of actors presented in Monday night's comedy show at Feinstein's/54 Below drove home the fact that humor is simply not universal. FUNNY GIRL, starring Sheridan Smith, is now running Menier Chocolate Factory through March 5 before transferring to the West End's Savoy Theatre from April 9. According to the Daily Mail, the smash hit production, marking the musical's 50th anniversary year and helmed by Michael Mayer, has just extended its run at the Savoy by four weeks through October 8, 2016.
