Famously criticised by Ella Fitzgerald as 'the greatest singer in the world without a voice', German chanteuse and film star Hildegard Knef will find her voice anew in a one-woman-show by April Albert from Wednesday 16 - Saturday 26 September, 2015 at Northcote Town Hall as part of the 2015 Melbourne Fringe Festival.

On November 6th, the Dreamland Ballroom will host its 6th Annual Dancing into Dreamland dance competition and fundraiser. The annual fundraiser is to generate funds for improvements and renovations to the historic 99-year-old building located at 800 West Ninth Street.
