About Face Theatre is pleased to announce its 2016-17 Season, kicking off this fall/winter with a reimagining of I AM MY OWN WIFE, Doug Wright's Tony, Pulitzer Prize and Lambda Literary Award-winning play first developed at About Face in 2003. 

Court Theatre, under the leadership of Artistic Director Charles Newell and Executive Director Stephen J. Albert, presents the Midwest Premiere of Richard Bean's One Man, Two Guvnors, based on Carlo Goldoni's The Servant of Two Masters, with songs by Grant Olding and directed by Artistic Director Charles Newell. One Man, Two Guvnors runs May 12 - June 12, 2016 at Court Theatre, 5535 S. Ellis Avenue in Chicago. The Press Opening is Saturday, May 21 at 8:00 p.m.

Ten Chimneys Foundation has announced Jason Alexander will serve as the Master Teacher for the 2016 Lunt-Fontanne Fellowship Program, a national program to serve the future of American theatre.

Henry Wishcamper's contemporary take on Thornton Wilder's THE MATCHMAKER -- the inspiration for the musical Hello, Dolly! -- revealing social truths through mistaken identity, outrageous misbehavior and spontaneous romance, appears in Goodman Theatre's 856-seat Albert Theatre, now through April 10, 2016.
