LEGALLY BLONDE THE MUSICAL to Open at Stages St. Louis on 7/19

STAGES ST. LOUIS continues its record-breaking 27th Season when it turns St. Louis pink, with the romantic comedy, Legally Blonde, The Musical July 19th through August 18th . A plethora of upbeat music, dance and of course laughs, made the show a hit on Broadway in 2007. The Tony nominated score features the hilarious 'Omigod You Guys,' the sassy 'Bend and Snap' and the catchy 'Legally Blonde.'

Vince Pesce Named Director of Education at STAGES ST. LOUIS

STAGES ST. LOUIS is thrilled to announce new staff appointments to STAGES' Turley Performing Arts Academy. Broadway Veteran, Vince Pesce will assume the position of Director of Education at STAGES Kent Center for Theatre Arts, the new state-of-the-art facility, effective immediately. Pesce replaces longtime Education Director Rob Grumich, who will remain during the transition through July. Also, Tali Allen Liddell will become the Manager of Community Programs and Partnerships.

Patsy Cline adds tonight, June 16 at 7:30 p.m. to its original production schedule, this is in addition to the added performance of Sunday, June 23 at 7:30 p.m. Always... Patsy Cline had the largest advance of any production in the history of STAGES' 27 years and continues to SELL OUT performances on a daily basis. The production will also break all box office records. The Arts and Education Council has announced the associates and principals of Edward Jones have raised $673,382 through its 2012 Workplace Giving Campaign, PARTICIPATE - Keep Art Happening, to support arts and arts education organizations throughout the 16-county, bi-state St. Louis area. The campaign at Edward Jones is the largest and most successful Workplace Giving Campaign in A&E's history with 2,857 of the firm's associates and partners, representing 73% of its workforce, contributing to this year's effort.
