The Auditorium Theatre of Roosevelt University announces the programming for THE BILLY STRAYHORN FESTIVAL, September 4 - November 21, celebrating the 100th birthday of the late Billy Strayhorn. The Festival begins with the Chicago Jazz Festival, today, Sept. 4 in Millennium Park, continues at various jazz clubs and locations throughout Chicago and culminates on the Auditorium Theatre's landmark stage Saturday, Nov. 21 with Lush Life: The Music of Billy Strayhorn.

International Chanteuse Adrienne Haan, one of Europe's and America's most electrifying concert and cabaret stars, will make her Carnegie Hall debut at Weill Recital Hall on October 29, 2015 at 8:00pm with her production of Tehorah. With his well-received 2013 debut 'Completely,' keyboardist/composer Michael Gallant emerged as a stylistically omnivorous musical force, 'an artist unafraid and bending the tradition,' in the words of one critic. Gallant continues to explore his disruptive musical proclivities on his sophomore release, 'Live Plus One,' due out October 9 from his Gallant Music label.
