Produced by the Royal Shakespeare Company and the Dodgers, the first national tour of MATILDA THE MUSICAL will be featured on Tuesday, April 19 - Sunday, April 24, 2016 in Cobb Great Hall. Based on the promotion of their new duo show, Revolution (a four-show run that ends at the Duplex tonight at 6:30), you might have gotten the impression that Dawn Derow and Kathleen France would be engaging in a zany bit of fluff poking fun at American military politics in a Bob Hope USO Show kinda way. The aggregate consideration to be paid by Intermedia will equal approximately $55 million, which amount includes the assumption of approximately $13 million in net debt and certain liabilities, and is subject to reduction for potential purchase price adjustments. Subject to such potential purchase price adjustments, it is currently estimated that each Telanetix common shareholder owning shares immediately prior to the transaction would be entitled to receive approximately $7.40 per share in cash.
