The Hollywood Museum has teamed up with over 50 former child stars to offer the public, for the first time, two exciting and rare experiences. The 'Child Stars - Then and Now' exhibit will open to the public on Thurs, August 19th. Additionally, a two day exclusive child star themed autograph show on Sat, August 20th & Sun, August 21st, that involves what may be the largest collection of child stars ever in one place, for a good cause - A Minor Consideration.

The Hollywood Museum will once again proudly present the annual "Celebration of Entertainment Awards" exhibit, which will include nominees and winners from this season's entertainment awards shows. Featured in this exhibit are costumes, props, posters and iconic images from current nominated and award winning film and television shows including Trumbo, The Danish Girl, Peanuts, The Big Short, Inside Out, Brooklyn, as well as Orange is the New Black, The Good Wife, Walking Dead, Mad Men, Transparent and House of Lies, to name a few.
Almost 80 students from The Dolores Mission School gathered for a wonderful opportunity to visit Hollywood and tour the recently decorated Hollywood Museum, enjoy the beautiful holiday decorations by Dr Christmas (Bob Pranga), as well as hear inspirational stories with interesting messages from local politicians and personalities. Fans and friends were on hand for the unveiling of original artwork by UK famed street artist, PEGASUS (aka James X), as he made his American Debute. Among those in attendance were Barry Livingston and Ruta Lee of 'The Lucy Show,' who were on hand to pay homage to their former colleague, Queen of comedy - Lucille Ball, while TV Film actor/Fitness Expert and Body Builder, Roland Kickinger, was admittedly there for dream girl, Marilyn Monroe and film siren, Bette Davis, whom Hollywood Producer Jackie Goldberg (aka The Pink Lady)

Hollywood, CA -- The Hollywood Museum, the official museum of Hollywood located in the Historic Max Factor Building, rings in the holidays with 'Lights, Camera, 'Holly'- wood,' a unique tribute to the holidays - Hollywood Style. The holiday trees and extensive tinsel town decor are created by Dr. Christmas (Bob Pranga and Debi Staron), known as the celebrity holiday and special event designers to the stars. The exhibit will be on display through January 5, 2014.
Among the guests attending the opening night gala for the West Coast theatrical premiere of 'Marylin ... MADNESS & Me' were those who worked with the plays subject matter, Marilyn Monroe, such as Dawn Wells who appeared as an extra in Monroe's last film, 'The Misfits' and Oscar winner George Chakiris, who danced with Monroe in 'Gentlemen Prefer Blondes.' Other noted guests in attendance for the celebration included Judy Tenuta, Ilene Graff, Jerry Mathers, Florence Henderson, Michael Learned, Geri Jewell, Erin Murphy, Kate Linder, Jane Kean, Mrs. Dick 'Cari' Clark and more.
