Hosted by Sirius XM Radio Star Seth Rudetsky whom the New York Times dubbed 'The Mayor of Broadway,' this unique series arrives this winter at The Nourse Theater with two concerts scheduled for Megan Hilty on February 7th and Cheyenne Jackson on March 14th.

Seth Rudetsky's Broadway Concert Series at the Parker Playhouse produced by Mark Cortale will welcome Audra McDonald -- the historic six-time Tony winner and star of Lady Day at Emerson's Bar and Grill, Porgy and Bess, Ragtime, and Master Class as well as TV's Private Practice, on January 8, 2015; followed by Cheyenne Jackson -- star of TV's 30 Rock and Glee and Broadway's Damn Yankees and Xanadu on February 14; and Sutton Foster -- two-time Tony winner for Anything Goes and Thoroughly Modern Millie and star of ABC's Bunheads and the new TV Land series Younger debuting on March 20. Each concert will feature Seth Rudetsky as pianist and host. What differentiates the series from any other is the seamless mix of intimate behind-the-scenes stories from Broadway's biggest stars -- prompted by the encyclopedic-minded Rudetsky's probing, funny, revealing questions -- and their stellar singing of Broadway show tunes.
Superheroes have been a part of the television landscape almost since the medium was invented. From the days of George Reeves' Superman, to Adam West as Batman, to Hayden Panettiere on HEROES, we have always had a fascination with the idea that extraordinary people, both physically and morally, might be living amongst us.
When Cheyenne Jackson made his debut in the Broadway @ The Art House series hosted by Seth Rudetsky last month, the Cape Cod Times called him 'a singer with tremendous style' and raved that 'his vocal range goes deep for Elvis-like tunes but can flip to a high, yowling falsetto' and 'his dance moves go from sultry to hip-swiveling rock.' On the heels of selling-out all three of his July 4th holiday weekend shows in Provincetown, he has announced a return to The Art House for Labor Day weekend, this weekend, August 29, 30, 31 at 7:00 PM by popular demand.
Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum wants more burlesque in their advertising, so who better to implement this than Don Draper and the fine folks at SCDP! The agency stops by the Slipper Room, again! They came out for Pete Campbell's bachelor party in the very first episode, but this time, they take over the whole place, and the whole show. What could possibly go wrong?

Matthew Weiner stopped by last night's THE COLBERT REPORT on Comedy Central and hats about the final season of 'Mad Men', offering insight into the complex and often troubled personality of Don Draper.
Bosses. Most adults have one, even those who are themselves bosses. Whatever their management style-from Don Draper to Michael Scott to Cruella De Vil-they're the object of scrutiny, respect (sometimes) and misunderstanding (often).
It's been a long, drowsy winter--though if you're a dance buff, the American Repertory Ballet has put together the perfect showcase to jolt you out of hibernation. Starting with the magnificent melodrama Firebird, and following up with the warm-season works Afternoon of a Faun and Rite of Spring, the troupe took the stage at Princeton's McCarter Theatre just this past week. The program was a celebration of dance both new and old--the world premiere of Douglas Martin's Firebird choreography, no less--a revisitation of the balletic past that was taut, nimble, and modern in about the right measure.
