New Adventures has announced the full casting for the world premiere of Matthew Bourne's production of THE RED SHOES, opening at the Theatre Royal Plymouth on Monday 21 November with an eight-week Christmas season at Sadler's Wells from Tuesday 6 December 2016 to Sunday 29 January 2017. The first revival of Matthew Bourne's SLEEPING BEAUTY will open at the Theatre Royal, Plymouth tonight 17 October 2015 with an eight-week Christmas season at Sadler's Wells from Tuesday 1 December 2015 to Saturday 24 January 2016. Dorian Gray returns in 2009 Following the record breaking world premiere of Dorian Gray at the Edinburgh International Festival in 2008, Matthew Bourne's darkly seductive dance theatre event went on to play to sell-out houses at Sadler's Wells last summer. This mesmerising adaptation of Oscar Wilde's cautionary fable The Picture of Dorian Gray, will now tour to regional venues across the UK and play a further two week season at Sadler's Wells as well as International Festivals in Italy and Russia in 2009.
