According to this week's Nielson ratings, Tuesday's episope of Glee earned the show 12.6 million viewers. Though down from last week's 13.66 million for its much anticpated Madonna episode, Glee with the help of American Idol viewers made Fox the #1 for 18-49 year olds for three consectutive nights.

With 28,000 auditions, 18 million video views and 85 million gold stars already given to the hopefuls, the response to the GLEE open casting call on MySpace has been so overwhelming that the submission window is being extended by one day starting today, Wednesday, April 28 at 12:00 PM PST, and closing tomorrow, Thursday, April 29 at 11:59 AM PST.
