Legendary singer-songwriter Carole King appeared on NBC's TODAY this morning to perform one of her most enduring pop classics, '(You Make Me Feel Like A) Natural Woman.'
Carole King stopped by the TODAY plaza along with Chillina Kennedy, currently starring in the Broadway production and Abby Mueller, who will take on the role in the National Tour.

Producers Paul Blake and Sony/ATV Music Publishing announce that the Tony and Grammy Award-winning Broadway hit Beautiful, about the early life and career of Carole King, the legendary and groundbreaking singer/songwriter, is making its Minnesota premiere. The New Group presents the Off-Broadway premiere of Philip Ridley's Mercury Fur, which launched the company's 2015-16 season last night, August 19, 2015 (previews began August 5). MERCURY FUR by Philip Ridley is directed by Scott Elliott and runs at The Romulus Linney Courtyard Theatre (480 West 42nd Street).

Joining the previously announced Andrea Martin as 'Dotty Otley' are Campbell Scott as 'Lloyd Dallas,' Tracee Chimo as 'Poppy Norton-Taylor,' Daniel Davis as 'Selsdon Mowbray,' David Furr as 'Garry Lejeune,' Kate Jennings Grant as 'Belinda Blair,' Megan Hilty as 'Brooke Ashton,' Rob McClure as 'Tim Allgood' and Jeremy Shamos as 'Frederick Fellowes.' Tony nominee Jeremy Herrin will direct the new Broadway production as part of Roundabout Theatre Company's 50th anniversary season.
