CBS 2's Dana Tyler hosts 'Eye on the Tony Awards,' a half-hour special taking a look at the Broadway shows nominated for the annual Tony Awards. This special will air on CBS 2 Saturday, June 12, 2010, at 7:30PM. Noted film and television actor Idris Elba has signed on as a guest star in four episodes of the new SHOWTIME dark comedy series THE BIG C, premiering August 16TH at 10:30p PT/ET. Elba will play 'Lenny,' a painter who forms a relationship with headliner Laura Linney. The 13-episode series is currently shooting in Stamford, Connecticut.
Academy Award nominee and Tony-winner Viola Davis and director Kenny Leon, both Tony-nominated for their work on FENCES, will be featured on tonight's edition of 'The Charlie Rose Show.' 'The Charlie Rose Show' airs on WNET Channel 13 at 11:00 PM ET (check local listings).
