And to get a bevy of child actors to essay these little 'maggots' in such a dynamically professional manner for two and a half hours is no minor feat. It's like the song claims: it's a 'miracle!'

Artistic Directors of Paines Plough, James Grieve and George Perrin, today announce the London debut of Roundabout at the Southbank Centre as part of the Festival of Love from 7 June to the 18 July. After a successful launch at Edinburgh last year, the company's award-wining portable in the round auditorium is making its way to the Southbank Centre ahead of a run in Edinburgh this summer, and a further national tour this autumn.

Other titles in the Series are THE ILLUSIONISTS, a mind-blowing showcase of magic and illusion; family friendly smash hits Disney's NEWSIES and Rodgers + Hammerstein's CINDERELLA; LOVE LETTERS, starring Ali MacGraw and Ryan O'Neal; and crowd-pleasing sensations MOTOWN THE MUSICAL and DIRTY DANCING. The 2015-2016 Bushnell Broadway Series is co-sponsored by Farmington Bank and Travelers.

Lesli Margherita -- MATILDA THE MUSICAL's long-running 'Mrs. Wormwood'? -- revealed via Twitter today that she will be departing the show on September 6, 2015.
