Jerry Lewis has announced to the Las Vegas Review-Journal that his upcoming show, THE NUTTY PROFESSOR, is aiming to open on Broadway in October or November of 2010. Lewis will make his theatrical directorial debut on Broadway with the new musical, 'THE NUTTY PROFESSOR', based on the 1963 film that he starred in and co-wrote. With music by Academy Award, Emmy Award, Grammy Award and Pulitzer Prize winner Marvin Hamlisch and a book and lyrics by multiple Tony Award winner and Grammy Nominee Rupert Holmes, the musical is aiming for a bow on Broadway in the 2010/2011 season and is being produced by Loud Watch Productions, LLC.

Broadway's John Leone, who recently finished a stint as Four Season Nick Massi, makes his Metropolitan Room debut on Sunday January 31 at 4pm in 'Songs My Father Loved.'

Elena Bennett and Fred Barton will recreate their legendary song salon at the Iridium on January 26, 2010 at 6:30pm. Also appearing tonight at the Iridium is Terese Genecco and Her Little Big Band at 8pm and 10pm.
