From 8-9 p.m. ET, the series finale of '30 Rock' (1.9/5 in 18-49, 4.8 million viewers overall) delivered the show's highest rating since March 15, 2012 (2.0 from 8:30-9 p.m.), and in total viewers (4.796 million), it was the top '30 Rock' in two years, since January 27, 2011 (4.922 million from 10-10:30).

NBC's THE TONIGHT SHOW WITH JAY LENO has finished #1 in viewers 18-49 and total viewers versus its ABC and CBS time-slot competition for the week of January 21-25, despite the highest-rated night yet for ABC's 11:35 p.m. ET edition of JIMMY KIMMEL LIVE.

At 10 p.m. ET, 'Chicago Fire' (2.0/6 in adults 18-49, 7.2 million viewers overall) ranked #1 versus encore dramas on ABC and CBS in adults 18-49, total viewers and all other key ratings categories.

OWN: Oprah Winfrey Network has scored 12 consecutive months of year-over-year ratings gains across key demos in primetime and total day led by the network's flagship series "Oprah's Next Chapter" featuring Oprah Winfrey's in-depth interviews with news-making celebrities.

From its first half-hour to its second, 'Dateline NBC' grew in every key category, including gains of 25 percent in 18-49 (to a 1.5 from a 1.2) and 17 percent in both adults 25-54 (2.1 vs. 1.8) and total viewers (5.4 million vs. 4.6 million).

Singer-songwriter Pegi Young is once again hitting the road with her acclaimed recording and touring band, The Survivors: legendary keyboard player Spooner Oldham , bassist Rick Rosas , guitarist Kelvin Holly , and drummer Phil Jones . Pegi Young & The Survivors will appear on Late Show with David Letterman tonight, January 30th before they head out on a string of tour dates, including four shows in support of 10,000 Maniacs. The itinerary kicks off February 1 at the Stone Pony in Asbury Park, NJ, and wraps February 10th at the Birchmere in Alexandria, VA.
