Tonight, April 24, 2014, producer Robb Nanus (Andrew Lippa's I Am Harvey Milk) announces the opening of DEBUTANTE., a new play written by Ryann Weir and created and directed by Annie Tippe.

Tony-Nominated Director Randal Myler and multi-talented Music Director Dan Wheetman return to Lone Tree Arts Center (LTAC) to create a new vision for Big River: The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn after setting the bar high with Hank Williams: Lost Highway last spring and John Denver Holiday Concert in 2012. Returning to the roots of Mark Twain's classic American folktale, this production of Big River focuses on the talent and voices of the cast as they each become storytellers.

Leonardo DiCaprio will star in Alejandro González Iñárritu's film “The Revenant” for New Regency it was announced today by Brad Weston, president and chief executive officer.

Fincher reportedly wanted $10 million up front for the project, featuring a script by Aaron Sorkin, in addition to input as to how to market the film.

The highly anticipated and critically acclaimed political drama, HOUSE OF CARDS: THE COMPLETE SECOND SEASON, produced by Media Rights Capital, arrives on Blu-ray and DVD June 17 from Sony Pictures Home Entertainment. This series continues to sizzle with intensity as the ruthless Underwoods stop at nothing to climb the political food chain.

Neil Patrick Harris will return to Broadway in the new production of Hedwig and the Angry Inch, the musical with book by John Cameron Mitchell and music and lyrics by Stephen Trask, directed by Michael Mayer. The limited engagement, featuring Lena Hall (Kinky Boots, lead singer of The Deafening), will begin previews tomorrow, Saturday, March 29 for a Tuesday, April 22 opening night at the Belasco Theatre (111 West 44th Street). PAN is an all-new tale about author J.M. Barrie's beloved character Peter Pan, the boy who would never grow up. Should she sign on, Mara would play Tiger Lilly in the film, which features Jackman as the villainous Blackbeard, and Hedlund as Hook. Peter Pan has yet to be cast.
