It's almost panto time at the Tron Theatre and this year's offering, Alice in Weegieland (1 Dec '17 - 7 Jan '18), written once again by Johnny McKnight, promises to take audiences 'doon the stank' to the weird and fantastical Weegieland populated by magical talking creatures and a power-hungry queen with a penchant for jam tarts (the cake, not the football team).

59E59 Theaters will host BUTTERFLY, Ramesh Meyyappan's striking adaptation of Madame Butterfly, at Brits Off Broadway. Written and directed by Mr. Meyyappan, with puppets by Gavin Glover, BUTTERFLY begins performances on Saturday, April 23 for a limited engagement through Saturday, May 14.
