The Broadway at Birdland concert series is proud to announce that on Sunday, May 8 at 6 PM, Daniel Reichard will return to the historic room with a spirited variety show entitled "Friends, Acquaintances, and Strangers." This concert, which takes place on Mother's Day, will feature Reichard and an eclectic gathering of some of New York City's most talented performing artists.

SPARKLE & CIRCULATE with JUSTIN SAYRE - the official monthly podcast of the International Order of Sodomites - has posted its new episode, which features an interview with author Michael Schulman who discusses his new book "Her Again: Becoming Meryl Streep." He also talks about his work in The New York Times and "You Like Me," the annual evening of acceptance speeches he co-produces in New York. Also, Justin muses on gays and their favorite iconic divas. Maize & Blue on Broadway is a one-night-only benefit concert on May 16, 2016 at 7PM at Broadway's August Wilson Theatre (245 West 52nd Street) to celebrate the University of Michigan and its renowned Musical Theatre Department, as well as honor its longtime chair, Brent Wagner, who is retiring in May after 32 years of being the department's heart and soul.  

The sixth annual "Night Of A Thousand Judys" - the Pride concert to benefit The Ali Forney Center presented by The Meeting* hosted by Justin Sayre - will take place at Merkin Concert Hall at the Kaufman Center (129 West 67th Street in Manhattan) on Monday, June 6.

NOW That's What I Call Music!, the world's best-selling multi-artist album series, has announced that they are set to release their first ever NOW That's What I Call Broadway! on Friday, April 29, 2016. The album will feature 18 music tracks from the original cast recordings of some of the Great White Way's most legendary shows. The album features liner notes by David Cote, theater editor for Time Out New York as well as a playwright and librettist/lyricist.
