As previously announced, David Auburn (author of the Pulitzer Prize and Tony Award-winning Broadway smash Proof) will direct this world premiere production. Performances of this two-person play begin at the Lucille Lortel Theatre (121 Christopher Street, NYC) on June 2, 2011 with an official opening night set for Sunday, June 19, 2011. O'Neill Theatre Center Announces 2011 Playwrights Conference Selections

The Eugene O'Neill Theater Center announced today eight plays to be developed at the 2011 National Playwrights Conference (NPC) under the leadership of Artistic Director Wendy C. Goldberg. The selected playwrights will spend the month of July at the O'Neill's campus developing and presenting staged readings of their work during the NPC's 47th season. Tickets for these readings go on sale Wednesday, June 8. Advanced ticket sales for O'Neill Members will be available Monday, May 16

According to Deadline.com, Tony winner Hugh Jackman has been offered the role of the huntsman in Universal Pictures' 'Snow White and the Huntsman.' If Jackan accets the role, he will star along side Kristin Stewart and Charlize Theron. Rupert Sanders is on board to direct the film.
