Milwaukee Repertory Theater's previously announced World Premiere of Mark Twain's River of Song by Randal Myler and Dan Wheetman in the Stackner Cabaret will be postponed due to unforeseen performer conflicts.

Milwaukee Repertory Theater is proud to announce that Joaquin Altoro (SVP, Town Bank), Ivor J. Benjamin, MD (Center Director, Professor at Medical College of Wisconsin), Marybeth Cottrill (Director-Private Wealth Advisor BMO Wealth Management), Amy Croen (Co-Founder, Co-President Geneva Capital Management, LLC), Sean Cummings (Senior VP, Global Demand for Harley-Davidson Motor Company), Bradley J. Kalscheur (Partner, Michael Best and Friedrich), Phoebe Lewis (Community Volunteer), and Gina Alberts Peter (Executive VP, Wells Fargo) have been elected to the Board of Trustees for a three year term starting July 1, 2017.

Last night at Milwaukee Repertory Theater's annual meeting, Artistic Director Mark Clements and  Managing Director Chad Bauman alongside Campaign chairs Judy Hansen and Catherine Robinson unveiled the "Created in Milwaukee" Capital Campaign to raise $10 million for several major initiatives over the next few years, which will solidify The Rep as a major player on the national theatrical scene and a cornerstone of Milwaukee's cultural community. 

The Arizona Theatre Company Board of Trustees has named Billy Russo as full-time Managing Director to complete the executive management team following the announcement that David Ivers will assume responsibilities as Artistic Director beginning July 1.

After a nationwide search, the Arizona Theatre Company (ATC) board of directors has named David Ivers, most recently the artistic director at Utah Shakespeare Festival, as ATC's new Artistic Director. Ivers will begin his new role on July 1.

Milwaukee Repertory Theater's 2017/18 Season is filled with timeless classics, award-winning contemporary works and full-scale musicals spanning 13 productions in four theaters. Milwaukee Repertory Theater Artistic Director Mark Clements and Managing Director Chad Bauman are pleased to announce the 2017/18 Season with 13 productions in four venues spanning September 2017 - May 2018.  With the start of the 2017/18 Season both Artistic Director Mark Clements and Managing Director Chad Bauman will renew their contracts with Milwaukee Rep for an additional four and six years respectively.  Artistic Director Mark Clements began his tenure at Milwaukee Rep in 2010 by introducing a musical into the Quadracci Powerhouse season, creating the New Play Development program, and adapting and directing the world premiere production of A Christmas Carol this past December.   With this contract renewal through 2021 he will continue his commitment to presenting world class works on all three stages.    Managing Director Chad Bauman came to The Rep in 2013 and will continue through 2023 per his contract renewal.  In his time here he has implemented a fruitful strategic business model that supports the theater's artistic vision with a focus on quality, inclusion, citizenship, innovation, and stability.

Back Home Again: On the Road with John Denver recalls the live and reminiscing of former band member and fellow musician Dan Wheetman. A man who travelled on tour with the acoustic country and folk music singer John Denver for eight years through the 1970s-80's, when John Denver took the songwriting world by storm.
