Just yesterday, the Broadway community gathered together to celebrate the life and show business legacy of beloved Broadway performer Kevin Gray at The Majestic Theatre (247 West 44th Street). The Majestic Theatre held a special place for Mr. Gray, having starred there in The Phantom of the Opera, first as Raoul and later as The Phantom. For the first time ever on stage of the Edgerton Center for the Performing Arts, three Broadway stars who have shared the same title role in Andrew Lloyd Webber's Phantom of the Opera, join forces for an evening of incredible song and music while performing with members of the Bridgeport Symphony Orchestra.

There are few who have seen Kevin Gray on stage and have not been touched by his performance. There are none who have worked with or known Kevin Gray whose lives have not been enhanced by this incredible person.

The longest-running show in Broadway history, THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA, offered its 10,000th performance yesterday at 2 PM as a special benefit for The Actors Fund.

Broadway to the Rescue hopes to raise funds to support the efforts of Pets Alive West (formerly the Elmsford Animal Shelter). We can't forget about the animals and those who care for them, with such dedication, while they wait for their 'forever homes'.

The White Plains Performing Arts Center has announced the casting for their upcoming WE ARE LIGHTS holiday concert. The event will feature Broadway vet Melba Moore, as well as West Side Story's Kathy Deitch, A Tale of Two Cities' Kevin Early, and more. The concert will take place at White Plains PAC from December 11th through the 13th.

John Cudia, the recent star of the National Tour, will take over the role on Broadway after a nearly decade-long association with the Andrew Lloyd Webber musical, directed by Harold Prince.
